Physicals—Beginning with the 2016-17 school year, our athletic department will implement a policy of requiring all sports physicals to be completed and forms turned in between June 1 – July 15. This will ensure that no one will have a physical that expires during the school year—physicals are valid for one calendar year. To help with this process, we have partnered with Commonwealth Orthopedic to offer physicals on Saturday, June 4. These will be done on a walk-in basis (no appointment is necessary) but please follow the guidelines below.
Last name starting with A-L: come between 9:00-11:00 a.m.
Last name stating with M-Z: come between 11:00 a.m. – 1:00 p.m.
The cost of the physicals is $25, however Commonwealth will donate 100% back to Covington Catholic. These will take place at their Edgewood facility, located on South Loop Rd. Again, you may certainly see any doctor you would like, but please do so between June 1-July 15. Physicals should be turned into the main office at school.
